As part of the services
Hampton Navigation provides,
we are pleased to offer you the
opportunity to Winter Store
your electronics with us.
Winter
Storage of your electronics equipment includes the following:
 Check out of all equipment prior to
removal.
Removal of all electronic displays.
Labeling of all cables & cleaning of
all connectors.
Bagging & securing all exposed
connectors.
At our shop, all equipment is opened,
visually
inspected and
the exterior is cleaned.
Equipment is bagged, tagged and carefully
stored
in a
warm/dry storage area.
You will receive a detailed list of model
numbers &
serial numbers of
all items in winter storage.
In the Spring, all equipment is returned
to boat,
re-installed and tested. Any corroded connectors
or damaged antennas will be
replaced and invoiced
separately.
In the Spring you can be assured that all your
electronics will be working and ready for the new season!!!
Cost will be
invoiced at time and materials.
Average winter storage invoices range from
$ 600.00 to $ 1200.00
based on how many pieces of equipment and how they are mounted. If any equipment is found to be
inoperative, you will be notified with an estimate to repair.
